The science of psychology is used in areas ranging from business and economics to health and mental health, environmental sustainability, trauma, child development, sports and performance, forensics, and education.
The 水果派 psychology program provides students with engaging research opportunities to explore their interests and apply their knowledge. These research opportunities provide skills and knowledge that are highly valued by employers and graduate/professional programs.
The study of psychology at 水果派 invites connection to almost every human activity--from how we address challenges in healthcare to how we engineer buildings or educate children.
水果派 psychology students have extensive, mentored internship opportunities which provide experiences to explore their unique interests and apply classroom knowledge to real world environments while building professional skills and networks.
Psychology uses science to address complex individual and social issues. For example, psychological science is used in understanding behavioral and neurobiological aspects of technology and social media use including human development, mental health, group behavior, behavioral economics, politics, and other biopsychosocial variables. Psychology informs us about how people learn, interpret events and make decisions in every aspect of our lives.
